Whirlwind trip to Florida

Just back from a very full day in sunny (and humid) Florida. 7AM flight down, 8:00PM flight home - long day but extremely productive.

Showed the line of Temple Reef rods to several major retailers today, everyone was blown away. There is nothing like these rods in Florida and everyone is pretty excited to have them. Of course also did the HPA and CM tackle dog and pony show as well.

I confident we will have several quality dealers in Mid to Southern Florida signed in the coming days and weeks.

We so desperately need something here in the Panhandle/South Alabama. Unfortunately, there probably isnt a huge market. They are slow to change ways here.

You got that right. I fish out of PCB with a crew and almost always do better with jigs than they do with bait yet you can't get them to jig (at times they will use one of my rigs especially with AJs). I bet if someone made a jig that looked and acted like a frozen cigar minnow it would sale big time in the panhandle.

Wish you would have come up a little north. Send some info to Strike-Zone Jax FL. Been trying to get HPA from Merrick, guess its not happening

Yeah, good tackle shop here. I drop in whenever I'm down that way just to smell the rubber and kick the tires, so to speak. :)
