    hi all,
Its been some time I had last posted but few days ago something beautiful happened. I was in Egypt - Dahab and training for the upcoming season and managed to film the following video. Maybe you can enlighten me about the specie of these beauties :) Doggies? Yellow fins?

Tough to say from the video, almost looks like oversized rainbow runners...?

    Ahhhhh Memo
70M free & you still have time to pan around with the camera
    Kudos.
Hope this season goes well for you.
Looking forward to seeing what you get up to.

Unfortunately not enough detail to hazard a serious guess at species.
    - a bit too blunt at the nose, deep in the body, & too prominent dorsal & anal fins rearwards for me to think rainbow runner.
I'm thinking they are from the 'Toothy tuna' family that contains the Bonito & Doggies.
( thats the "real" bonito for the yanks & not what you seem to call bonito................ He He )

Shame the water was not a bit clearer ............

Thank you for the kind words guys :)
Bedouins of that region were talking about YF tuna run when I was there training. So I thought maybe these are the same. I was not using a mask during that dive and it was pure coincidence to film them!

2 min & 12 sec (sitting at my desk). Amazing how that works. I don't think I would come close to that if I was swimming in the water though.

Damn... made it an extra 30 seconds off the first try. That's pretty cool. Difficult part will be actually using in the water when I get back to Japan- spearfishing.
