I have a like new black hole cape cod special 450g jigging rod (spinning)

When I first got it the tip seemed bent but looked ok. Now 3rd time using it the ring inside the guide broke and fell out.

Whats the best way to go about replacing it?

You can take the tip off and replace and glue a new one this is the DIY version.
Or take it to a shop and have them do it so it can be wrapped and match the other guides.
Or give Kil a call and check if it’s under warranty.
Depending on the tip they’re hard to come by.

cut the decorative wrap, heat it with a lighter and pull it off.
get the right replacement, and reverse the process.
decorative finish wrap is optional

do your homework to get the matching tip top to your guide set.
Benny is right, you might have trouble matching it up

Oh cool! Thank you. Do people ever put roller tips on spinning rods or is that dumb idea?

Replacing the tip on a rod is the easiest do it yourself repair. There are no special tools needed. YouTube is full of videos. Roller tip on a spinning rod could cause problems with tip wrap. I wouldn't want to deal with it. As long as you have the right ring material in your replacement guide line wear won't be a problem on a spinning rod.

The tip is the easiest part to replace and relatively easy to do . You could most likely send it in if it’s under warranty but personally I would do it myself. Get the dimensions for size of the tip and diameter of inside portion and try to buy it off eBay ( nowadays with the shortages I find more items on eBay than traditional parts stores )
