That was good. I need a new fillet knife. Those look like samari swords. I noticed they go really far up on the head. The first time someone showed me how much meat I was wasting by cutting behind the gills was an eye opener.

Thanks Minnow, that's an awesome video! Some of the related videos look good too, but will have to wait till later.

Maybe I'll volunteer to cut fish at the Seis trip just to get some good practice!
