Anyone know where to get these sinkers? If they are sinkers I would love to give them a try.
Benny, never seen anything like that before, the closest thing I know of are the blackfish sinkers sold by Atlantic Lead Company. They are basically the top half with out the trokar point. Perfect for dropping into tight places.
Yes if I’m thinking of the same one. It kind of looks like a baseball bat? If these fall straight and that point sticks into the sand they would be great surf sinkers.
Maybe not exact but close
Water resistance from sinker, line and bait hitting the water,
will prevent it from really sticking into the sand in any meaningful way.
Go to Basspro, search "surf sinker"
several different types.
Many dealers sell these sinkers.
Sea Striker Sputnick longtail,
or another brand in that style,
Cast out, reel up slack, reel until
sinker prongs grab the sand or mud, fish.
Pull hard to release from bottom.
i have those above along with other type surf or storm sinkers but those spear like just caught my eye, like most lures and tackle.
too many sinkers,
you'll get lead poisoning
web address is on the side of the sinkers.
looks like .IT at the end,
Paying international shipping rates
for lead now?
haha it’s got to be better lead!
Found them! Thanks HJ for the Italian clue.
I doubt they will sink with the point down with the weight centered in the middle. They look pretty but I don’t see them working better than what is available everywhere. Let us know how they work.
Now if you could put some tungsten in the point and then lead the rest of the way, maybe they would spike into the bottom...maybe.
i would have given them a try if local.
btw, if you have the kind of money that allows you to spend 53 euros on some sinkers, you are a friend I need to go fishing on my boat, lol. I am too middle class to spend that, lol
I’m not sure if this site is selling the sinkers or the molds. For $62 it has to be more than a sinker. BTW I’d love to fish on your boat, and I’ll even bring the sinkers. Lol
They sell the molds.
Figured you would be all over these too
SLOW PITCH JIGGING MOLDS, "COCKROACHES"
You have your own in house tackle shop.
Next on your path, in house Slow Pitch Jig manufacturing.
Slap a jigskinz over it, and off you go.
Yes I saw these! I guess they sell these for the knockoffs. That’s way too much work for me. I rather spend the cash and have a bunch delivered that are done the right way.
