I've got four of the Sea Magic rods, three Dragon Flys and one Tuna Hunter Special. They seem pretty nice for the price. The Tuna Hunter Special spinner is a little on the heavy side and has lost one of the eyelet inserts after only one trip though. I may try to upgrade to one of the OTI popping rods and down size from the Stella 20k to an 8k for alot lighter combo. TXSeaDog here on the board built me a sweet roller rod for my SDS on a Seeker blank. It would be tough to beat at the price he charges!

RE my above post. I made it down to Islanders yesterday and Chris replaced two of the eyelets on the spinner on the spot. Great service! Now if the seas will hang in there I'll put it to work Friday.
