It’s totally preference! I like spinning for super light lines. Line in the 2lb to 6lb class with super light baits and weights seem to work better with spinning for me. Be conscious of your surroundings on rod length. Like low trees, etc it’s best to choose a shorter rod. If you’re looking for a used mint condition custom build UL spinning rod with carbon fiber butt, titanium guides, rattlesnake skin and feather inlay, send me a IM.
