Kilsong is gonna start carrying them, but if you google Roberts Ranger lures you actually talk to the owner and also order from him.He is a very nice guy and likes to talk about fishing. The ones that I ordered came with single j-hooks,not trebles, but he say's you can use trebles and they will still swim fine.
I will post photo's of mine.I am going to get more but I am going to get them from Kil.

Is it a topwater lure or a sinker?

    They float.

The rangers I have actually sink. But when retreved they will skip along the surface of the water.

They are quite fan but a bit hard to move them correctly as you have to keep them on top water and increase-decrease speed to have the right action to attract the fish.
Blue fish love them but almost any big fish will go for them. It's one of my favourites lures for the action and fish will normally fail but when the fish attack them normally got mad and jumps, splash etc so very recommended.

The advantage of this lures is the Castability as you can reach distances from shore that no other lures can get even closer. It's my first choice when I start the session as if there is something big around it will notice them quick.

I just got four of the 4oz version in the mail; has a j-hook. Looks like a cool lure. However, the hook and ring are weak (very weak). Going to replace with 185# Spro splint ring; have not decided on a hook yet (brand, size or Treble vs. J).

I think this lure will cast a mile.

MrBill: Noticed in another pic you had yours rigged with ST66 (or 76?) What size for the 4oz would you recommend?

im gonna try a 4/0 treble but think that maybe an 8/0 siwash would be better. we'll see.

This nice little popper is one of theirs also.
Nice weight, Swivel on mid hook,
I plan to up grade hardware to make a small
    lure for bigger fish.

For reference coin is size of a quarter.

I have a bunch of owner gorillas. I think I am going to try a pair of 4/0 rigged back to back with a tiny zip tie the way that Aussie guy (I think) rigged poppers in the video posted a while back.

Hey Fishead, are you stating that this is made by Robert? Cause i beleive that's actually a Rhode Island Lure.

Raza ... I believe that you are correct. That popper is a RI Lure wooden plug (made in China).
