Tallica 10II is a good reel for casting and jigging! Lower gear can be used for jigging! I wish it has more drag on the smaller version

Looks like the US markets needed something lighter than the torsa and more comparative to the Ocea Jigger but in a lever (USA) friendly style.

I don't think they always listen to fisherman locally. This is the EXACT type of reel that should have an OPTION for lugs. People want reels that are light weight....hold ridiculous amounts of line and put out insame drag. This is all possible. BUT, why not throw low profile lugs on ONE or TWO models? lugs to not get in the way and they do not weigh alot. If you don;t use em, fine. If you hook a 3oolb toad on a trevala and have a 3 hr fight on your hands....hook em up. Its that simple.

What else came out this year? Hopefully some reasonably priced gear, but I doubt it.

BUT, at least this one is not blue or teal or pink or some other ridiculous color that METAL should NEVER be.
