It's a true solid 600g rod with excellent lifting power/strong backbone. Will field test soon as groupers are starting to get restless this time of the year.Yup, they really have a lot of power! 7'6", no problem getting the cast a LONG way out, and in a 2 piece design to boot!
I showed a lot of them at the Houston Fishing show last week and everyone was really suprised after pulling on them that they were 2 pieces.
