Looking to go tuna popping for yellowfin. I have heard great things about Panama and Costa rica. Right now i am torn between the two. Any advice is welcomed. Time of year and lodge info would be helpful.

We had never popped for tuna until April 2021, when we went to Sport Fish Panama Island Lodge for the first time -- since then we've been a total of three times and we're heading back in May 2024. Can't compare it to other tuna popping operations, but we've been to other types of fishing lodges in Mexico, Alaska, Africa and Brazil and can say that Shane's operation compares favorably in every way. It's really an amazing first class experience.

We are building a group for next year -- singles welcome -- or we can make the intro to Shane if you'd like.
