Anyone know someone? I just got a call from fun-n-sun. I only have 30lbs of compression in my 2nd cylinder. Any idea or guess what it would cost to have it bored out and the piston replaced?

Bummer.....it will be pretty $$$ spendy.. I will check with my buddy in the hillcountry... and see what he thinks it should cost..

sounds like a blown head gasket.... i wont ever let Fun N Sun work on my boat.. we had 5 bad repairs together... Rockwall Marine fixed my boat right, and the first time when I need repair a couple months ago.. motor has NEVER ran this good!!!

What size motor is it?

2004 60 two stroke. Thanks for the input so far.

It should be around $1,000. That should iclude replacing the one piston, re-ringing the other two cylinders, installing a new w/p kit as well as cleaning the carbs.
