Here is my party boat helper. It is actually two milk crates. I cut the bottom off of one and made a top. I then took the sides from the cut crate and made four dividers. I took clear plexiglass and lined the outside edges and bottom of the top/tray. All of the dividers are held in place with zip ties. I then added two three rod holders on the side. I use the dividers to hang poppers, stick baits and diamond jigs. You do have to use a hook cover for the bottom hook to keep it from getting tangled up, but other than that it works great.

How do ya'll keep your milk crates from tipping over? If i couldnt find something to tie off to, i was thinking a 10 lb weight on the bottom
