Anyone spool one of these? Debating solid vs hollow…. 65lb-ish braid im guessing. Looking for recommendations, will be used as jigging and bottom fishing. Thanks

How does the hollow braid tie compared to solid? Can you just fg it or do you need to get serving needles and all that stuff.

i had a loop spliced in and use wind-on leaders

I splice loops and attach a windon for chuncking and jigging but tie an fg for casting with the threadlock. Had no problems with either method
