Just got my first shipment in since the move....

Just got my SOM parts for my Catalina. Came quick. I did not receive my VIP discount. I know they don't extend the discount on low margin items. The other thing maybe trying figure out the monetary conversion without loosing their shirt. I understand the dollar is worth 20 % more than their currency.....I believe??

roughly, my 595 sd converted to 480 or there about usd. I am debating on ordering a couple of SOM handles and arms for my OJ 4000 and 5000, I love the handle on my 1500.

I would assume that a SGD to USD conversion should just be at market rates and make no difference to the VIP program or margins?

When I Iogin I still get VIP prices quoted.

I am pretty sure there was never any VIP discount for SOM goods.

Got an email blast today from JDM. It pointed out the potential savings for those using the US Dollar. So they are aware of it and letting us US guys know to be aware of it, etc. So if you are in the shopping mode then just know that some coin can be saved, plus shipping was very speedy. The move to the Far East may just benefit us US guys

Just got my second shipment in of about 5 lbs of Current Jigs with some FCL labo jigs.....along with some other sudry items...once again fast as greased lightning...

was the shipping expensive?

Not overly expensive....was still cheaper to get the lures I ordered from them than from anywhere else.

Just got my first order - shipping really takes not much longer than when they where in SoCal. He must of worked out a killer deal with FedEx.

Wasn't home to sign for it, but it looks like my SOM purple spool was attempted to be delivered today. I believe it's been less than a week. Pretty dam fast
