Anybody fished here lately that can provide an update to the yft bite? Any fish at all for that matter?

Wacker and Jared were out there last weekend.. lots of tuna to 70lbs.. .. they said the yft bite didnt start until about sunrise.. They left them biting for marlin practice for the Poco.. there were some decent dorado out there as well.. Sorry its not 1st hand info.. but they shoot pretty straight..

With the amount of fish the Nyati caught fishing somewhere south, those two floaters should be in good water. I think the fish they were catching may have come from Boudreux's neighborhood. With all the of little male blues, which still travel in loose schools, whites, tuna and wahoo...there has to be a lot of bait.

They were in good day YFT bites, similar to wacker and Jared.
Look at the altimetry.

Appreciate the info. The altimetry doesn't look bad, but Boudreaux still looks a little better. We're heading out Sunday out of Packery so haven't made any final decisions yet.

Good luck. Let us know how well you do out there.
