For Sale is a custom OTI Popping Rod wrapped conventional. Guides are Fuji SIC MNSG 20-12 (8 total+tip)
and the seat and gimbal are American, in "Calcutta Gold" that match the Trinidad perfectly. Rod comes with OTI sock. Rod is absolutely brand new. I built it for a couple trips that were canceled on me and it is just sitting. It has only been test casted at a local fw lake.

As far as the rod, local pickup would be great here in DFW but if I have to ship the rod we can work out the charges. it is obviously a 2 piece, and I assume it would be in the $12-15 range.

I know that I'm not a well-known custom builder, which probably makes people pretty gun shy about trusting the work done. I do use high quality components and finish epoxy. The guides are double wrapped and have multiple thin coats of epoxy. Also, the tiger wrap is hard to appreciate until you get it in sunlight.

I'm not too worried if it doesn't sell...I'd rather keep it anyway :)

I may be willing to trade for the following:

    7'6" 50# OTI Conventional - $ straight up

300-400g Jigging Rod (Conv or Spinning) - $ depends on value of rod

What size Trinidad did you use, 30? I have a 20, with the Carbontex upgrade. Not sure if that would have enough balls to match the rod.
