thanx for the "head's up!", but i just can't see where the risk of illness is running any higher than consuming what the wife cooks for me already
if i was to listen to the government about what i should and shouldnt eat - i don't think there would be much left to choose from. it either causes cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, carries diseases, etc etc. if you're eating a 40lb AJ everyday then yeah thats probably not good. if you can one or two a year, you're probably fine.
