The offshore fishing continues to be very good. Just about everything is cooperating right now. The tuna have really shown up and will more than likely continue to be around for a while. The snapper fishing could not be better and along with them you've got the opportunity for amberjack, cobia, and grouper. The seas have been close to slick calm which really makes the trip that much more enjoyable. Blue Water has not pushed in very close yet but the water is close to a blue green in most areas which is perfect for targeting tuna. Once the blue water makes its way back closer I wouldn't be surprised if a few mahi-mahi come out of it and more catches of Marlin. From now-October we will be concentrating on catching Tuna along with amberjack, grouper, and cobia. We've got open days this month and next. Don't forget Snapper season ends on August 15th at 12:00 a.m. We still have some open days this week if anyone wants to get in a last minute snapper trip and of course catch anything else that may be in the area. We've got a couple of new videos up at Venice Louisiana Fishing. Sport Fishing Charters in Venice Louisiana. Super Strike Charters - Fishing Videos
