I had

an opportunity to have a dinner at Hakubai Japanese restaurant in the Kitano Hotel, Manhattan yesterday.
It was my first experience to eat full course Jananese food.
Boy, I can not describe the joy and pleasure I had while eating delicious food with artiscic decoration.

WOW! I'm jealous!

I had pleasure of working for a Japanese company who's US HQ was in Sunnyvale, CA about 15yrs ago... President would occasionally take a handful of sales leadership guys to dinner, and it was always amazing! Never knew what was coming until it showed up, course after course after course... and the chilled and warm Sake would flow all night!!

Your pictures bring back great memories!

Those are great dinners, aren't they Kil? Nothing else like 'em! :)
I am leaving for Korea and Zhangjiajie, China with my family for sightseeing tonight. I am going to try some gourmet Chinese food in the beautiful Zhangjiajie mountains. :)
