It works for me! I feel it’s softness presents the bait better, and it holds up well with abrasion. I use the 200# for sharks and rays off the pier and it’s been working out just fine. I’m not saying you can replace your wire shark leader with it, but it holds up fine against their skin. The stretch seems to be more than other leaders in its line class but it’s works out better for me because I can use a shorter leader to get the stretch needed.

    Thanks for the info mate.
I was a bit worryed more so for the abrasion, just feels soft, but man it ties better lol
If it holds up to sharks makes me feel better
I normally use varivus and I was comftable ..
    I. Mainly cast poppers and stick baits
Allso do a fair bit of jigging Eg dogtooth and kingfish,, there is
    allways the dreaded sharks..
    Cheers mate

Yes! The knots do tie easy and really get tight with much less pressure. This stuff is costly but worth it! Haven’t used it yet for top water or jigging but depending on the length you use setting the hook may need a little extra because of the stretch.

You are correct! It is not fluorocarbon.

This is not meant to be used in place of fluorocarbon. It is a super soft mono leader with A bit more stretch than other leaders.
