    This was something I did earlier in the year. I'm not real interested in building whole rods as a hobby, but I do like the detail work. This was something I saw at the rod building show here in High Point this year and gave it a try. I thought I would share it with you guys.

    The project was to take a stock trolling rod and spiff it up a little.

    I have a bag full of feathers. Fly tieing shops are a great place to get them. Also Bass Pro has a very large selection as well.
