I and Brian met Kil,Yong and Angelo at the ramp at 6:30am and departed around 6:45 to A canal and harbor full of ice.The water temp was 32.2 degrees. We made quick work of the trip cruising at 42-43mph all the way to the first drop where the water temp was 52 degrees! a 20 degree jump from where we started. There where approx 10 goldens boated and if i'm not mistaken approx 10 blueline and A few rosies. No wreckfish where to be found. There where very large schools of dolphin and there where a few bait fish on the surface just as we entered the canyon. The weather turned up and the wind was blowing 15-20knts when we departed the canyon but approx 20miles into it the seas laid down and the wind died and I turned up the heat again and we made home well before dark.Nice relaxing day on the water with A bunch of great guys!:) I hope Kil posts pics of some of our fish on this trip as my attachments dont get along with the website! LOL:D :)
