Today is a gorgeous day. I should have gone fishing today. A captain asked me to go tile fishing today and one Capt in NC asked me to go grouper fishing today too. Big black drum are biting in Delaware Bay. Big winter flounder are biting in Quincy Bay,MA. Stripers in NY Bight are everwhere. Oh! I forgot fluke. It's the best time to catch doormat out of the end of Long Island. But I am sitting at Macdonald in Woodbury Common Outlet, Central Valley, NY now. What am I doing ? Did I say family comes first. My mother is visiting from Korea to attend my daughter's wedding on June 6. She is 84 years old, but she still likes shopping. I hate shopping, but family comes first. While my wife and my mother are shopping, I am playing with my labtop now. My daughter asked me with a smile not to go fishing on her wedding day. I don't know why she asked as always family comes first.
God, country and family come before fishing. Hard as it may be. Is your new shop on line yet? I didn't know to get products I want is harder than to sell them. I have only 1/3 of what I want to carry. I realize operating a shop like this even it is small need patience like in fishing as I like to select items what I like no matter how hard to get them. Give me a little more time.

Opening a good shop today is better than a great shop later. As far as family first, fishing second. I've done a pretty good job of that the past couple of weeks. After a boy's fishing weekend three weeks ago, I've taken my wife fishing two weekends in a row. I should probably get a trophy for two weeks in succession. Kil, Now comes the big question. Does your future son-in law fish?

Thats funny, Some of the first couple of questions my father in law asked me were... "Where you from?" "Do you hunt?" "Do you know how to dress a deer?" "Do you offshore fish?" He has his priorities straight!
Some pictures of my daughter's wedding. my daughter in Korean traditional clothes. with my dorable daughter. I was glad I didn't go fishing that day. My daugher graduated from Northwestern Univ and my son-in-laws graduated from Michigan Univ. It looked it was Michgan/Northwestern Alumni party. I thought Korean girls are sky and timid, but they are not ! They LOVE dancing. I felt like I am getting younger by just watching them dancing.
Congatulations Kil- Good looking couple!!! Kudo's on keeping the priorities in order. I had to attend to my daughter's graduation and my wedding anniversary this month so NO FISHING eek: )! But these are the truly important things in life, the stuff you don't get to repeat if missed!
Excellent and congratulation's Kil!! Look's like you had a great day.Look's like from the dancing photo's Kim and Jin would have fit right in!!!
Congrats Kil, looks like everyone was having fun. One day isn't too bad. There are 364 more days of fishing left
Great congratulations Kil, that is a great reason to put fishing aside! Thanks for sharing your own personal life as well as fishing with the online community!
BTW- with weddings comes the increased chance of adding grandchildren! Or as I prefer to view it a new generation to teach the fine art of fish killing
