Hey Guys,
Labor Day is fast approaching.. and so is the opening of dove Season. How many of you guys are going to chase the doves around this year? Preliminary scouting missions have shown lots of local birds and lots of feed and water to keep them here. so as long as we dont get a big cool front, Opening weekend should be spectacular. I know some of you guys tend to put up your offshore gear and get out the camo.. I am hoping to be able to do a little of both this fall.

We have 1K acres in Kleberg county where we host the "Ricardo Ruckus" every year, we BBQ a WHOLE hog, have rice, beans, camp bread, and shoot doves all day long...usually around 80 people come out.

Man, that sounds like fun.
