Crab noodling in Texas

    Dude, that's just nuts. Do you still have all your fingers? I do like to eat crab claw though.

    Man I was just messing with yall thats my neighbor hand lost it in a lawn mower accident couldnt resist, when yall asked about missing fingers..LOL.. Man if I see fingers popping off the funs over..LOL.. Crab noodling isnt that bad once you know the trick.

    Thats pretty cool.. especially since they sell it for 10-12 bucks a pound..

    I hear ya. My buddy ran traps in copano for a long time and he used to bring us some whoppers... some of the sweetest crab meat there is..

    and I thought catfish noodling was nuts.......I'd at least wear some thick gloves just for the false sense of security.

    Man I do catfish noodling too.. Gloves what are you Micheal Jackson?LOL,, JKD gloves fill with sand real quick and feel is everything with crabs, bare handed is alot safer believe it or not.

    My buddy goes for them a couple times a week in bradenton FL night diving in the chanels

    Surfside jetty always has some nice ones near the beach. I would rather have a couple of those pinchers, than a whole pick-up of blue crab

    I like those bule crabs sometimes, but these are easier to get..

    State law the grow another claw renewable resource.. Claw has to be 2 1/2 inches long from tip to 1st nuckle.. He grows another claw in about 5 months big enough to eat..

    I heard about that this Christmas down in florida......pull a claw, throw them back, pull a claw throw them back......now THAT is a renewable fishery. To bad you can do that with Tuna.

    I just looked at the video....I've seen catfish noodling, but I don;t think I'd stick my hand down a hole where there's a claw like that on the other end ready to fight back. Those shells are HARD! Take your dang finger off.
