I donated a albacore tuna trip to the Kitsap CCA and SeaTac CCA chapters. I know OR and WA CCA are working on getting the nets out of the Columbia River. Gary Loomis is Chairman Emeritus of the Washington CCA. Here in the PNW the tribes by law are co-managers of the resourse and get 50%. None of the CCA efforts will effect the tribal allocations or methods due to the Boldt Decision. United States v. Washington
