I'm getting ready to do a third batch of pint jars and some friends have expressed an interest in me doing some with jalapeños for them.
Now ... I don't want to nuke anyone's taste buds so can you guys that can tuna with peppers tell me just how much pepper you use for each pint jar? As stated above .... a whole one? With seeds and all? And would you rate it mild, medium or hot?
And Garlic? That sounds interesting too.
