Was looking to install Cal's drag plate with the new drag washers for my Trini 16N. Are they worth it? Thanks.

I tought there was some kind of free upgrade on the smaller trini's? Check with Bantam, I read about them doing something to the 16,20,30's

I know there was a SHimano upgrade for the older Trinis.

There only worth it if you normally use 24+ lbs of drag. With a 16N i wouldn't think you would have strong enough braid to use that much drag since 50lb braid is about right for a 300 yard capacity.

If you do the drag plate I would add the carbontex washers. That should net you @ 33 lbs of drag.
