Brian, I have been hunting this place for 7+ yrs it started as 132 acres and 2/3 have sold, so now we are down to 44 acres. We have been planting food plots and feeding year round.. and we are finally seeing results.. When we started this.. the mature bucks might have 100 inches and maybe 14in wide, but we are seeing them grow some horns and put on 20-40lbs of body weight.. If there are deer in the area you are looking, There is always the possibility of growing some bruisers(provided that your neighbors dont shoot them all.
