Hey all, I’ve got some of these Daiwa Dorado sinking sliders and I’d like to try them out for tuna (blue fin and or a yellow fin). The technique to work a floating slider (like the Orca) seems pretty simple and straightforward, but there seems to be quite a few different techniques for using the sinking sliders. At least that’s what I’ve discovered on YouTube. Is there a best way to work these sinking Dorado sliders for tuna that you found effective?

Is it best to try to swim them just under the surface? I saw one video where the guy said to let it sink for “a few minutes” before starting the retrieve.
