Wish you were going again this year. I'm going, SA Nick and Argo. Think Grescobia will be there again. I can wait but I can't hardly. 4 weeks and counting till TUNA time.

Annual Lump trip
How many of you guys are going this year in January with Jared again? I wish I could go as I had a blast last year but looks like I will have to take a year off and get back aboard next year. Bret, you guys will have a blast and wish I was along for the ride!!!!

yeah, I guess I will be getting my lump cherry popped on this trip. We fished close to it on the Gem 05, but never did the lump. I too am getting fired up!

It is jan 19,20. the cost is about 325 per day including charter,fuel,tip

those guys who fished with capt. chris last year when his mom died. They were originally going and then backed out. Grescobia and a coworker are taking the spots. There is one left however. I still have 5 on the 30 Glacier Bay that you are on. If you know another guy let me know, i really dont want to post on 2cool. The guys on 360 i know better. Piepuncher relized that tuna fish were to hard to catch so he is sticking with 10" sandies.lol
If no one responds i will ask capt. Mike or devlin if they know someone.

piepuncher, what a little...... nevermind. I can get the spot filled Im sure, I will leave it open to someone on here if they want to jump on, if noone takes it by Jan 6 I will get someone on it.
You guys are sorry!!!!! I am looking for a new boat and will be getting it within the next three weeks, assuming that I find the deal that I am looking for. My wife wouldnt be happy if I bought a boat and went on the tuna trip.
Fred, its good to hear from ya and glad to know you are still alive. I had a good time last year and want to thank you and nick for everything. Getting around would have been tough for jared and I had it not been for you guys.
You can count me in for next year but I would get my butt kicked if I told my wife I was still going this year. A new baby and a new boat do not = tuna fishing. I am however going to get me a new avet pro exw/50 in left hand. I usually fish left hand but have used both over the years. Now its time to get a big reel with the left hand retrieve and make life a little easier for me.
By the way, dont get argo that room, I heard he likes to sleep in his truck!!! lol j/k Good luck argo and I hope all you guys have a good time. I know I am going to miss out on a great time and lots of laughs. I still get a chuckle everytime I think about last years trip. I will never forgett Vance's B.S and tottees and Johns(grescobias) drop and roll.. I wish I too had rolled when I tripped over the fence, instead I was buzzed up and just fell....lol Good luck guys and I will see you all next year.

I would sleep in my truck without a problem actually. One of the guys going with me has more money he doesnt like sleeping in trucks.

LOL.....LOL... I think she was upset last year!!! LOL You are right but I just feel bad. Its funny you say that because everytime I am out fishing, I am late and figure that since I am already in trouble, I might as well stay out longer. I figure once you are in trouble, you are in trouble and there aren't different levels of anger from the wife. If she is pissed, she is pissed and that is all there is to it. lol Plus, I think she understands that when the fish are biting, its tough to leave.
I know I am missing out and I will hear the stories when you guys get back. I am sure jared and the rest of you guys will have some good laughs to share.
