Amp Hours (Ah) for a full day on the water.

A question for the Elec reel users. What ah do you find best for a day of fishing without a charge being needed. I know depth and load play a big part so an overall estimate.
Trying to decide on an ah size. Is 20ah good or is 50ah or higher needed for a day of fishing. Trying to keep the size and weight down but rather have battery life.

What is the current draw of your reel? A Tanacom 1000 can draw up to 30A, Also watch your wire sizing or it will become the fuse in the system.

Sounds like you're on the right path Benny. Should be pretty straight forward once you have the numbers. Perhaps one of the sparkies on the forum can chime in with a definitive answer.
