That boat was designed for one purpose. Get there fast and return in any sea condition. I doubt the boat has much of a range assuming it burns about 200 gallons per hour. I would guess about a 1000 gallon fuel tank. That's about 5 hours running time.
Probably owned by NASA, Military, or an energy company. Not intended to fish, haul, or pull. That sucker is made for hauling either a few people or very expensive parts. Most probably a rescue boat. All I know is I would sure like to take it out for a spin. I would guess it tops out around 70 knots. Probably looks like a huge flounder skipping on the water.
