Hey Jeff, Slower time of the year with the exception of the bonitos. To address your points....
-4-6 would be nice, but is a private charter and we're looking at $150 to $300 per guy, and that may be a true half day. Reward's trip is the best value as far as time jigging/cost/experienced capt with a ton of spots. Trust me, we have researched this extensively, and am all ears if you find an option. I am open to private charters, especially outside of Miami. The downside of $100 is more guys on the boat. Historically we have done well on these trips, but I get your point. When 8 guys get slammed by 8 big jacks, it doesn't seem to matter, but that hasn't happened recently.
-If there is a saturday that is a high peak day, let me know and we can schedule a trip. I follow moon phases, and try to avoid the day of full moon. I like fishing the qtr moons on the jig trips. One thing these tables don't consider is the weather, and the season. I am all for improving our odds.
