I wanted to get a a few words out about
these guys. TJ, Tom, Rick, you guys are awesome! I talked to TJ a few days ago about getting a new tip-top for my OTI popper, which ended up having a chip in the ceramic. Honestly, I don't know if I did it or I never noticed it when I got it. Didn't matter. Tj offered to install/re-wrap the new tip, free, or just replace the rod, no hassle. then he drove halfway to meet me in Plano! You guys are gonna get rich off this, if for no other reason than your exemplary customer service is the only thing that shadows your superior product. Hey Brian!
Thanks for the kind words! Though TJ/Rue , Rick and I complement each other with our styles and knowledge, we all believe in doing the right thing, and doing it quickly. You have to have top-line products, but even then there will be a small amount of issues with each production run. We believe that when you rectify these quickly, we're capitalizing on an opportunity to deepen the customer relationship. It's been a fast 14 months since we launched, but it's been fun doing what we love! |
