I had the fortune of fishing aboard the Excel several years back with Cal Sheets. And I witnessed him first hand take a 200lb yft on a Penn 15 Formula (modified by him of course) on 60lb! And just to prove that it was no fluke, he took another 190 yft on that same reel. The 200 he got was an ad for Penn reels for a while.
