Wt roller guides

I was woundering if anyone has used any winthrop tool roller guides? If so what they thought of them?

I've used them. They're vastly superior to any other roller guide, along with being vastly more expensive.

If you don't mind the price, they can't be beat. Knot clearance is amazing.

Oh, and one other thing: They look REALLY COOL

we put them on BIG chair rods and standup rods..they are sweet, if you can afford them use them

Best on the market. Machined, not stamped. If you want the best, go Winthrop. I will put them on all custom HD rods from now till my death. Check out rod below. I almost busted it on a nice marlin last summer.

Thats cool. I worked for the building them for a couple years. I caught wind just a heads up. Hes building rod butts know. If there anything like his guides look out. The way we look at it is. 10 trips a year thats all we do. We buy 2 rods new every year Jbtackle customs with wt rollers. 4500 slip insurance moragage 10000 bait line 2 to 3 times a year on all the rods lure rigging out rigger rigging fuel ice food getting ready bottom paint you guys all know the list. It keeps going on and on. Cheesing out on some roller guides from shico priceless. Why the 150 extra. He stands behind his work. They get better every year. I can remember gettign phone calls at 3 am I cant sleep I have an idea meet me at the shop right know. Thats cool i just wanted to feel you guys out.

Hey Boonebird, welcome to 360Tuna!

After I called and spoke to the Winthrop owner and explained what we wanted to do with his products, he understood w/o me having to really hard sell him that we'd use his products and add to his brand image, not deduct.

OTI hopes to do a lot of business with Winthrop!
