Fuji's Duralon Grip

Is anyone familiar with this grip? Is it soft and snug on hand like Hypalon? I know it is lighter but is it useful in a blue water jigging application? Does it get marked up if it rests on the rail like EVA? Pros/Cons?

The item sold in Australia by Jeff Frogglys agencies, the Aus distributer of Fuji as duralon is something that I dont personally like. Its like a really bad version of EVA compared to the stuff form the likes of Pacific Bay and American tackle. Its really nasty to shape, breaks up too quickly from use and looks and feels bad to me. I do not know for a fact but I believe what we know as duralon in australia is not a Fuji product as I have used EVA from Fuji in Japan and thats completely different stuff

Thanks for your reviews, fancy you say it is a bad version of EVA. Of course its personal preferences. Many people are not very keen on EVA. I like a very soft cushion feel. I heard EVA gets marked up and ruined easily, and the colored grips loss their color heaps faster than others. Do you have any old colored EVA lying around that you could answer my question?

The only colored ones I have are about an year old and still look pretty good. Thing is I haven't fished in 6 months so that might have something to do with that. Of the ones that I have built for customers, I haven't seen any of them since so cant say

I got to check out the grips finally. They are very light, but almost rock solid. I am not sure if I would like that feel for jigging. Very light thou
