OTI 52XXH Jigging Rod

Submited By MrBill MrBill is offline

Brand: Txseadog
This rod is custom made from an OTI 5'6" 600 gram blank. It was cut down to 5'2" per specs. It is a short jigging rod for a heavy duty spinning reel. It has an aluminum aftco black/gold reel seat with Fuji mnsg guides. The shorter length should give some good pumping power. Wrapping is black/gold.

Here are some lift test. I stopped at 27 pounds. I did not bottom out this rod. I felt I could have gone to 35 pounds. It will be fished with 25 pounds of drag.

Spinner only. I just removed the post with 665 parked on it. I was just playing around with some new toys. Didn't mean to confuse anyone.

Lite-Liner, yes that is a itsy bitsy knob. I now have two with a third on the way. I'm still without my personal size knobs.
