I'll make it three!

For your budget, that Penn is proven.

However, I've heard good things about Chaos, Hopper, Dragon Fly by Islanders in Galveston.

Do some internet searching for best pricing, but unless you live nearby, it will be tough to pull on one.

Good luck!

As my last name is Titus, I'd love to give you a glowing review.

When Okuma first hit the market a few years ago, there were many reports of failures in their larger 30's and 50's on the West coast board I visited often.

But, I believe the company listened, and responded to the concerns thru replacing/repairing reels and some design changes.

That's all I know as I haven't used any of the Okuma products.

You should do some research on this board, AllCoast
and search their tackle board by entering Okuma.

Good luck!

I have a Seeker SC6460XHAR that is in outstanding condition. If interested, let me know. Including shipping, it would be $190.00.
