Seeker so of the best big game rods & blank you can buy...

I fish a Custom Black Classic 40-100 rod..Landed Tarpon to 180lbs & many NorthEast tuna....

2X4 landed 365 tuna...............

Calstar GF 700 xlh & 800XH super sweet they make great inshore & cod/grouper rods..

Lamiglas BT963M one of the best glass blanks on the market today.

St Croix WOW such an under rated rod & blank landed a 48lb redfish , 35lb King Macks & a 50lb cobia on a 10-20 saltwater factory rod on the same trip in the Keys..Cant even count how many blackfin tuna & mahi mahi ..

United Composite 602 & 702 my go to grouper & deep drop rod..Locked up a accurate 870 on a 90lb grouper ..50 plus pound AJ's & snappers in 175-250' of water best amerian made jigging blank I think...

Inshore the AR-701T #7tip that can handle 12oz & fish in the teens..The CA 70M I have four customers fishing this blank for MTK cod of pvt boats..Its rated 15-30 ............

Smith pretty new to me but so far its one hell of a rod & or blank....

For Blue Water Light Tackle.
I really am satisfied with. (and I am some 5000 miles from my gear so I won't list each spec)
Carpenter factory jigging rods, Factory Coral Viper Popping rod.
Smith factory GTK offshore & Tokorra swim bait and popping rods.
Shimano Factory custom, Bluefin Special
Every single one of my OTI rods ( 8 ea.) jig and pop.
And for a over the counter rod. the Fin Nor AHAB 20.

beautiful, simple and under-rated; have caught wahoo, dorado, kings etc
with no problems. I also like my JM, Carpenter, Zenaq

phenix rods are absolutely bad ass blanks! not a jigging or popping company but far surpasses any other west coast style rod i've used. I will not buy another seeker or calstar again.

what would you suggest for a tuna jigging rod? Vertical jigging. Tuna northeast....fast taper, parabolic????
