I played with a few of them at the Palm Beach Boat Show booth several months ago. I think I'll stick with some of the other brands on the market. Avet got a lot of market share by making an inexpensive reel. I wonder if this is an attempt to succeed by the same means. They seemed fairly crude.

With very few exceptions, I've encountered precious few items that escape the mantra 'you get what you pay for'.
