Stella 10K & 20K Line Capacity JB Hollow/Solid

Submited By fishr1989 fishr1989 is offline

Brand: Shimano   Model: Stella 10K & 20K   Types: Spinning
I'm finally going to pull the trigger on a Stella, opting for the 10K model with a 20K spare spool for sharking, and are planning to fill the 10K spool with 65lb JB solid and the 20K spool with 80 or 100lb JB hollow.

What are the line capacities of the spools with JB, and would I be better off with a different brand of solid line, Power Pro, Suffix, ect, for the 10K spool.

It will be used for casting to tuna and light jigging with the 10K spool, and shark fishing with the 20K spool.

thanks

Muddskipper is on a distinguished road
You will get about 400- 500 yrd of 60lb braid on a 20K spool.....

The 10K has less capicity but I believe you can get 350 - 400 on it.....
