Max drag on Cabo 80?

Submited By lite-liner lite-liner is offline
Hey all. just wondering about this reel for a 50# tuna spinner.
I was about to buy the Fin-Nor, but after reviewing the line roller
pics, I'm hesitant. Obviously, I don't have the $$ for a Stella, or this
wouldn't be an issue.
On the other hand,I wonder if the line-roller bushings on the Fin-Nor
are Delrin, like the shaft spacer.
Input needed!
tight lines

i have the 14000fa and within the first month the spool started to corrode, thought i was unlucky but a friend had the same problems and when i checked the web i found it was a universal prob it seems the anodizing quality on the reel was poor.then there is the issue of the bail ,mine had a ball bearing while two friends spheros had bushings(all the same models)

the paint job was the best i have seen though i have to give them that.the servicing however was another problem as they used loctite on the screwsvthat hold the bail arm making it almost impossible to take apart the bail without damaging it. seems they were not made to be serviced.then finally the reel has too many parts making it a hell to service if your not technically capable

fin-nors are reel simple to pull apart ans service this reel was made for the consumer and not for the manufacturer to keep making money from the reel long after theyve sold it.the drags of the fin-nors are also super smooth and has a even drag curve as you increase the tension.finally i will say again that shimanos are good reels but these are for people that have more money than sense in (my "opinion".) and just incase anyone should want to know i am not affiliated with wc bradley in any way i am just giving my honest opinion as i see it
