avet drag upgrade

i was just wondering if anyone knew where or who to send this reel to so i could have the drag "beefed" up a little bit. or should the out of the box drag be just fine. this HX will be used for bluefin jigging but with the bigger class of fish around, it has me doing some thinking..

Avet already uses carbon fiber drags and since you're talking about the W model I think between the existing max drag and the big line capacity you're covered. Within reason.......

you must weigh 600lbs or just not really understand

Hx max drag at strike is 22lbs. this is OK for tuna up to 120lbs, but more would be better for larger fish.

Just get an Accurate, hell a 270 will put out 22# , and you won't be blowing bearings.
