May 80hr Dolphin - questions

Looking to do an 80hr trip on the Dolphin next May. Anyone do this trip on this boat? What info can you give me on this boat, crew, etc? Any help would be appreciated.

You will fish the tuna grounds and also do bottom fishing. Generally a great trip when Capt Dean skippered the Dolphin. Boat is slow but you should catch a good mess of fish.

Sounds like fun the only bummer is the limits our fine decision makers have imposed on recreational fishing

I went with them on an 80 hour in October, had a great time, deck hands really helpful, tried hard to put everyone on fish. Nearly had boat limit of yellows. As many blackfin as you wanted just gotta figure out what they hitting. Slllloooowww ride but well worth imo.

went on a 48hr this summer, had a blast, the food was GREAT and the captains and deckhands all did their best to get us on the fish we were after.
