T.O.O. has just reached an agreement with Underwater Expeditions to try to put together
two final 52 hour charters for 2007 on the Big E out of Freeport, Texas.
Everything will be run as before, with Captain Frank running the boat and fishing the same way and same hot spots.
Times are the same for departure and return.
Costs per person are:

We will need full payment upfront. We have set a deadline for
November 21st, 2007 to secure a spot with payment.
We
suggest a check for
$750 per person if you are interested and if the numbers on a charter end up higher, we will refund the balance or add it to the tip amount. If a charter is limited to less than 35, we will inform folks of the balance due to us.
If there is demand for a limited load below 35 we will do so, but that gets real expensive as you can see.

We do take paypal if it is needed to pay by credit card, but you will be required to pay the fee of 3.9% to secure your spot.
Both charters are private charters in that we are making the effort to organize the charter, but this charter is open to all those that wish to fish the Big E one or twice before 2007 comes to a close.
These charters are first come/first taken, with your spot secured once we receive payment
If a charter is canceled due to weather, you will be refunded your amount minus our fee ($20). That fee can be applied on any 2008 charter done through T.O.O.
