Bret ..... Capt. Mitch posted on the TFF board a while back that he lives in Austin and would be fishing out of Port A./Packery area if I recall correctly.

Well we made to Falcon with Capt. Mitch , the seas were not very cooperative ( 5/7 ) . Some rough ride but as Hardcore fishermen , we wanted to fish so we hold on tight.
The bites were nice , I lost some nice pieces due braided snaping many times , and a couple of jigs gone ( 16 pieces ) dont know wether the Sharks or any other thootie were around. So we stayed most of the night managed to pull on board 3 nice size Aj,s some cudas. On The way Back we stopped at saome FEd rigs for Snappers and we had a great sunday morning snapping those , at least 25 pieces were catch & released.
