I was there Sept. 1993. That was the best fishing I have ever experienced. The tuna were not large, but you could catch 40lbers all day w/o stopping. I also caught 8 wahoo in a day casting homemade bombs made of egg sinkers and fritto bags! One bomber per fish. They destroyed em. Had to eat another bag of fittos and glue the bag on the egg sinker again.

You didn't mention the snook fishing in the mangroves. I wish I had tried it. They are lots of snook in there.

14 years, maybe its time for a return trip

We will fish inshore, offshore and the mangroves.
I hired the best guide in Mag Bay for fishing the mangroves,
along with 3 other local guides with various areas (offshore, bottom, estuaries) of expertise to accompany the trip and assist with getting us onto the best action.

Yes, snook and lots more fish to catch
